The Kalendar Symbol
Three fledglings in a nest high in a tree. In the distance, an eagle.
There are three Gunas that have always been a part of this world, they are ever-present, and will always be with us. Unseen and silent, they are present in everyone and everything, defining the character or nature of possibility much as gravity pulls on all things invisibly. Together these three energies give qualities and properties to all that exists and grows and sets grooves in consciousness, or so say the ancient schools of Hindu philosophy. Others say these principles are not lifeless, abstract forces but persona or personal features of a tri-aspected God.
