The Mythos of the Third Wave
Imagine that you are a Zodiac beginning with Aries and ending with Pisces. You are defined by the Second Wave. You have a streak of duality at your core. At the Zero of the Common Era, you are given by the gods only 2,000 years for your Earthly reign, and then you must fade or allow yourself to be twisted into dark and evil ways to subvert humanity’s free will.
Now imagine that you are a Zodiac beginning with Bear and ending with Yak. You are defined by the Third Wave. You have triplicity or ternary numbers at your core. At the Zero of the Common Era, you are given by the gods only 3,000 years for your Earthly reign, but you must fight with the Zodiac of the Second Wave for domination.
The ensuing War of the Zodiacs is told in The Kalendar Series, and we will say little about it here. But we must explain why the Bear-Yak Zodiac is so little known in our day. Long after the War of the Zodiacs appeared to be over, a terrible disruption of the fabric of space and time destroyed the harmony which had been won at the Council of Nagoya. Thus the evil Ro succeeded in twisting the Aries-Pisces Zodiac into a dark menace.
Thrust into the Ro’s slavery, the Aries-Pisces erased the historic Peace Accord among the Zodiacs and sent the Animwaa of the Third Wave into a horrible jeopardy. They took the spotlight all to themselves and, upon the end of the Second Millennium, insisted upon remaining in the heavens past their expiration date. Now the fate of the Zodiacs rests in the hands of the human beings and Hanimwaa in the early 21st century, the period of History known as the Great Overturning. They must choose between Zodiacs.
You can choose the old ways of duality and conflict. Or you can evolve to a Zodiac which is grounded in a ternary numerology. Based in a Trinity, the Bear-Yak Zodiac is capable of exploiting the new harmony of Lingua-U and the rest of the Integral Magic™ system.
The Bear-Yak Zodiac is a Sky-Calendar which divides the night sky into 27 Houses which are described by the Consonants of Lingua-U. These also correspond to distinct constellations in the night sky which have been noticed in the archives of the Nagoya Accord in the 10th Century C.E., and which have been modified numerous times in the past ten centuries according to advances in astronomical observation and the political alliances of the Animwaa.
Each House of the New Zodiac is given one Sign, which is the constellation of the Consonant itself. The Consonant is symbolized by two different Animwaa (which may be considered Signs of a sort). These are the animals pictured in The Kalendar Series: Book One, The Black Stone, but with additions. Some of the Animwaa serve defined terms in the Kalendar, and then they yield to a successor. In this manner, the Animwaa which represent each Sign rotate over time in the heavens.
In the War of the Zodiacs, the 54 Animwaa arranged themselves into six distinct armies, one for each of six distinct regions of the night sky, each guarded by nine Animwaa. For this reason, the six-sided star represents the New Zodiac, immortalizing the six armies, one point for each army as follows:
Point 1. The Early Yang Point. The topmost point represents nine Animwaa: Bear, Bat, Pig, Platypus, Viper, Vulture, Fish, Fox, and Panther.
Point 2. The Later Yang Point. The second point (upper-right) represents nine Animwaa: Moth, Insect, Iguana, Deer, Dolphin, Tiger, Toad, Zebu, and Zebra.
Point 3. The Early Yin Point. The third point (lower-right) represents nine Animwaa: Spider, Swan, Sheep, Shark, Echidna, Elephant, Gecko, Gopher, and Kangaroo.
Point 4. The Later Yin Point. The fourth point (bottommost) represents nine Animwaa: Eagle, Quail, Squirrel, Opossum, Emu, Chicken, Chimpanzee, Giant Panda, and Jaguar.
Point 5. The Early You Point. The fifth point (lower-left) represents nine Animwaa: Mayfly, Mouse, Axolotl, Newt, Ant, Alligator, Wolf, Walrus, and Hyena.
Point 6. The Later You Point. The sixth point (upper-left) represents nine Animwaa: Horse, Whale, Wren, Rhinoceros, Rabbit, Octopus, Llama, Otter, and Yak.
These are the stars of the New Zodiac! Because we are simultaneously describing the letters of Lingua-U (for instance Bear and Bar represent B), much of what we say in this teaching will also shed light on the 27 Houses and 27 Signs (constellations) of the Bear-Yak. But we must pay special attention to the 54 Animwaa of the New Zodiac because these animals show us how Reality is aligned when the Sky-Calendar is divided into six, and then further divided into nine.
The Bear-Yak Zodiac is one of the truest expressions of the Third Wave, and each animal has something to teach us uniquely which helps us to understand the Triune Infinite. Stay tuned for future installments of this blog series to see the world in an entirely different way gifted to us by the War of the Zodiacs.
