The Kalendar Symbol

Surviving a shipwreck, a woman finds herself castaway with two strange men on a small island of the South Pacific.

Commentary

She doesn’t yet know if she’s better off with them or without them, but for now she will get to know them better. One of her two fellow castaways is handsome, intellectual, and a smooth-talker. Maybe a little too smooth. The other fellow is gangly and vulgar, but he has a hearty laugh and is a skilfull hunter and fisherman. She will need her own resourcefulness and cunning to survive in this predicament. There’s no telling when or if they will ever find rescue.
